These are our speciality breads that are handcrafted using authentic Italian recipes, which can include extra-virgin olive oil for a traditional flavour and texture. Our ciabatta, focaccia and paninis, are all made using traditional 24-hour bulk-fermented doughs (sponge), which ensure the finished products are light and airy, traditional in flavour and texture and deliver a perfect culinary experience.
A wide variety of inclusions in our ciabatta & focaccia breads can include rosemary, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto’s (nut free) which enhance the flavour and eating experience. In addition, toppings can be applied for extra visual appeal if desired.
Our speciality products are made in a variety of sizes ranging from party-size rolls to tray bakes – the decision is yours. These products can be individually wrapped, or bulk packed to suit either an ambient or frozen format and can be top cut, hinge cut or fully cut as required.
